Speaker Among and Justice Minister Mao trade public remarks over Speakership race at Kyankwanzi NRM retreat

At the NRM parliamentary retreat at the National Leadership Institute in Kyankwanzi, Speaker Anita Among warned parties cooperating with the NRM against contesting the Speakership of the 12th Parliament, remarks ChimpReports says were widely read as aimed at Justice Minister Norbert Mao. Mao, the Democratic Party president and a Speakership aspirant, responded publicly, saying Among's remarks were 'bad manners' and that only President Museveni has the final word.
