Arua City EC cancels female councillor vote at Bazaar ward after deceased candidate's name appears on ballot

Voting for female councillors at Bazaar ward in Arua City Central Division was suspended because ballot papers carried the name of a deceased councillor rather than her replacement. Arua City returning officer Osman Ezale said the vote was cancelled and the Commission would organise another election; voting for the mayor and other wards continued.
