AU human rights compliance delegation and OHCHR visit Uganda Police headquarters in Naguru

A delegation from the African Union body on human rights compliance and accountability, joined by representatives of the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, met Deputy Inspector General of Police James Ocaya at police headquarters in Naguru. According to Nile Post, the talks concerned cooperation and putting compliance and accountability frameworks in place within the Uganda Police Force. No statements from the meeting were made public.
