Authorities close two Kabale clinics after health workers test positive for COVID-19

Authorities ordered the closure of Mwesigye Healthcare clinic and Medicus Healthcare in Kabale Municipality after patients they had treated, and two health workers at Mwesigye Healthcare, tested positive for COVID-19, The Observer reported. Kabale district health officer Alfred Besigensi said staff were quarantined and the facilities would reopen after disinfection.
