Ballot materials fail to reach Luwero Islamic Primary School polling stations on election morning

According to Uganda Radio Network, voting was delayed in parts of the greater Luwero area, and at Luwero Islamic Primary School, which hosts seven polling stations, constables, polling assistants and agents were waiting without ballot materials. A Conservative Party spokesperson said he could not vote on arrival and expected turnout to suffer. The article says the cause of the delay was not known.
