Besigye and Lutale ask High Court to let them serve Gen. Muhoozi by newspaper notice in Karua deportation case

Kizza Besigye and Hajji Obeid Lutale applied to the High Court Civil Division to serve CDF Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba by newspaper advertisement or other substituted means in their human rights case over Martha Karua's deportation. In an affidavit, their lawyer Morgan Muhindo said every process server approached refused to serve the CDF, citing fears for their safety, according to The Independent.
