Buganda Road Chief Magistrate Ronald Kayizzi committed five men to the High Court for trial on charges of terrorism financing, membership of a terrorist organisation and contributing resources to one under the Anti-Terrorism Act, according to the Daily Monitor. Prosecutors say that between 2018 and 2024 the accused collected and moved funds, partly through cryptocurrency, to support the ADF.
