State attorneys told the Buganda Road Chief Magistrates' Court that the state would no longer pursue criminal trespass charges against 11 NRM supporters arrested at State House Nakasero, according to The Observer. Magistrate Winnie Nankya Jatiko dismissed the case and ordered the release of the group, who had been on remand in Luzira Prison since 9 September.
