Deputy Speaker Tayebwa refers journalist over edited video of his remarks to UCC, demands public apology

According to ChimpReports, Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa told Parliament that a CBS FM journalist accredited to Parliament had edited and shared a video that misrepresented his remarks about nurses. Tayebwa said he had referred the matter to the Uganda Communications Commission and asked Parliament's Corporate Affairs Department to handle it, and demanded that the journalist apologise publicly.
