Disqualified Isingiro North aspirant chains himself at UNEB offices in Ntinda demanding his documents

James Nkizamagara, who was removed from the Isingiro North parliamentary ballot, chained himself at the entrance of the Uganda National Examinations Board offices in Ntinda, ChimpReports reported. He said UNEB had held a hearing on his academic documents but had not issued a ruling, and demanded that the documents be returned. UNEB had not issued a public statement.
