Electoral Commission demonstrates upgraded biometric voter verification kits in Kampala

According to ChimpReports, the Electoral Commission held a test and demonstration of its upgraded Biometric Voter Verification Kits at its headquarters, presided over by Deputy Chairperson Hajjati Aisha Lubega. The EC said it has procured 109,142 kits for deployment to all 50,739 polling stations and that they will also transmit Declaration of Results forms as a backup.
