Floods hit Kampala arcades again, destroying traders' goods

The Independent reports that several arcades in Kampala flooded again on a Friday, and that traders shared videos on social media showing merchandise destroyed by floodwater. Traders had earlier blamed the flooding partly on construction along a drainage channel belonging to businessman Ham Kiggundu.
