Former Kampala Assistant Bishop Hannington Mutebi condemns abductions of opposition members

According to the Daily Monitor, Rt Rev Dr Hannington Mutebi, former Assistant Bishop of Kampala Diocese, spoke at a confirmation service at St. John's Church, Makerere, and condemned what he described as rampant abductions, torture and detention in safe houses of opposition members by security forces. He called on the government to uphold the rule of law and respect everyone's rights.
