Gen Katumba Wamala testifies at ICD trial over 2021 attack in Kisaasi

According to the Daily Monitor, Public Service Minister Gen Edward Katumba Wamala testified as the 18th state witness before four justices of the High Court International Crimes Division in the trial over the 2021 shooting of his vehicle. He described gunmen firing on his car, the deaths of his daughter and driver, and his own injuries.
