Geoffrey Kazinda files notice of appeal against 15-year illicit enrichment sentence

NTV Uganda reports that Geoffrey Kazinda, representing himself, notified the Registrar of the Court of Appeal by a letter dated 9 November 2020 that he intends to appeal his conviction and sentence. He asked for a typed record of the proceedings and judgment to prepare his grounds, filing through the officer in charge of Luzira Upper Prison.
