High Court allows Fred Nyanzi to serve Kawempe South election petition on MP Nsereko via newspapers

Justice Joyce Kavuma of the High Court extended the time for service and allowed Fred Ssentamu Nyanzi to serve his election petition against Kawempe South MP Madina Ntale Nsereko through adverts in New Vision and Daily Monitor, ChimpReports reports. Nyanzi told court his attempts to serve her by WhatsApp, at her home in Kyebando and at her workplace had failed. The petition, challenging the January 15 results, can now proceed once service is complete.
