High Court allows ISBAT University late judicial review of Naguru land title cancellation

Justice Joyce Kavuma of the High Court allowed ISBAT University to proceed with a late application for judicial review of the Registrar of Titles' 2023 cancellation of its title to land on Naguru Drive, Kampala, ChimpReports reported. The judge found the university had good reason for the delay, citing its pursuit of administrative remedies, while the Registrar and the new title holders argued notice had been properly served.
