High Court defers ruling on Ssekikuubo's challenge to Rwashande's Lwemiyaga nomination

Judge Joyce Kavuma postponed her ruling on Ssekikuubo's challenge to the nomination of NRM flag bearer Brig Gen Rwashande for Lwemiyaga County by a day, saying submissions had been filed late. Ssekikuubo, who brought the case, argues Rwashande lacks the required academic qualifications and enough supporting voters, and criticised the transfer of the case file from Masaka to Kampala.
