High Court dismisses challenge to State Minister Sam Mayanja's directives on Naguru land

According to ChimpReports, Justice Joyce Kavuma of the High Court Civil Division in Kampala dismissed a judicial review application by Misbahu Din Muslim Community Limited and Hanifa Nabuuma against directives by State Minister for Lands Sam Mayanja on two plots on Naguru Drive. The judge found that the application was premature, as the directives were addressed to a Senior Presidential Advisor rather than the Commissioner for Land Registration, and no action had been taken against the titles. No order was made as to costs.
