High Court orders police forensic officers to testify in Busiro East election petition against MP Magoola

According to the Daily Monitor, Justice George Okello of the High Court in Kampala directed two Uganda Police forensic officers to appear and defend their findings on disputed declaration of results forms in NRM candidate Abdul Kiyimba's petition against Busiro East MP Emmanuel Matovu Magoola. The judge set deadlines of 22 and 26 October for affidavits and replies and fixed the hearing for 29 and 30 October.
