High Court registrar refuses to add Arthur Kazoora as respondent in MP Kahonda's application against Electoral Commissio

According to ChimpReports, the Acting Registrar of the High Court Civil Division, Jameson Karemani, declined a request by Arthur Kazoora to be joined as a respondent in Ruhinda South MP Donozio Kahonda's application challenging the Electoral Commission's plan to decide a petition against his candidature. The registrar allowed the matter to proceed ex parte after the Electoral Commission neither filed a response nor appeared, and said a ruling would be delivered the following week.
