Kalangala RDC lifts ban on community megaphones after general election

Kalangala RDC Fred Badda told the Daily Monitor that the restriction on community megaphones had expired and owners were free to air messages without hate speech. He directed LC1 chairpersons to monitor their use, while a landing-site leader and an operator said the ban had hurt communication and incomes.
