Kampala City Hall Court grants bail to dismissed police officer ASP Clive Nsiima over Shell Kyanja assault

According to ChimpReports, Grade One Magistrate Nicholas Aisu of the Kampala City Hall Court released ASP Clive Nsiima on cash bail of Shs1 million. Nsiima pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and malicious damage to property; prosecutors accuse him of slapping a supermarket attendant at Shell Kyanja and damaging her phone, an incident caught on CCTV. Trial was set for 6 November 2025.
