Kampala police release 21 CCTV images of suspected protest leaders and robbers

Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson SP Patrick Onyango released 21 CCTV photos of people police suspect of leading the protests and robbing people during them, The Independent reports. He said police wanted to identify those who blocked roads, robbed passengers and damaged property, including police vehicles, so they could be arrested.
