According to the Daily Monitor, Kawempe Grade One Magistrate Angella Ayola, in a letter dated 5 December 2025, directed the Officer in Charge of Luzira Women Prison to report by 11 December on the treatment given to NUP supporter Sauda Madada since her collapse in court cells on 18 November. Her lawyers told the court she had allegedly not received medical care. Madada is on remand with other NUP members on charges including unlawful drilling, which they deny.
