Kenyan detectives and Uganda Police arrest two Kenyan murder suspects, including a police constable, in Nakawa, Kampala

According to a statement by Kenya's Directorate of Criminal Investigations, reported by Citizen Digital, Kenyan detectives working with the Uganda Police Force arrested two suspects in the killing of Dr Victoria Mutiso at Kyanja Heights flats in Nakawa, Kampala. The DCI said the two, a serving Kenyan police constable and a civilian, had entered Uganda illegally and were being held at Jinja Road Police Station before being escorted back to Nairobi. Kenya's National Police Service credited Ugandan police cooperation for the arrests.
