Kizza Besigye returned from Luzira prison hospital to his cell, his wife says

Winnie Byanyima said her husband, Dr Kizza Besigye, had been moved from the prison hospital back to his cell at Luzira Prison and that his sisters, who had been caring for him, were sent away. She said he remained extremely weak and that prison conditions would hurt his recovery. According to ChimpReports, the Uganda Prisons Service had not commented.
