Lwemiyaga MP Theodore Ssekikubo blocked from escorting election materials in Ssembabule

According to the Daily Monitor, incumbent Lwemiyaga County MP Theodore Ssekikubo was stopped from escorting election materials on the eve of polling and made to return to the Electoral Commission offices, where he spent the night. The article does not say who blocked him.
