Makerere University sets up committee to inquire into sexual harassment allegations against Dr Faisal Buyinza

According to ChimpReports, Makerere University said in a statement that the Vice Chancellor had formed a committee to inquire into allegations against Dr Faisal Buyinza, head of the Department of Economic Theory and Analysis at CoBAMS. The inquiry is to follow the university's safeguarding and anti-sexual harassment policies and staff disciplinary procedures. The allegations were made in social media videos by his former wife, who says he withheld her examination marks when she was his student.
