Masindi High Court adjourns sugarcane union's suit over weighbridge closures, sets hearing dates

The Bunyoro Sugarcane Cooperative Union has sued to overturn the suspension of its roadside weighbridges, ChimpReports reports. When the case came before Masindi Resident Judge Mary Babirye, the hearing did not go ahead because the Attorney General had not been served, and the court set 26 February for the application and 5 March for the main suit.
