Minister Barugahara says CDF Muhoozi wants Ggaba murder suspect tried by General Court Martial

At a memorial service for the four toddlers in Ggaba, State Minister for Children and Youth Affairs Balaam Barugahara said Chief of Defence Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba was of the view that the suspect should be tried before the General Court Martial. According to the minister, the CDF cited the gravity of the offence and the suspect's reported criminal history.
