Minister Wilson Mbadi passes out 2,066 Special Police Constables in Kasese for election security

State Minister for Trade Gen Wilson Mbadi presided over the pass-out of 2,066 Special Police Constables in Kasese after two weeks of training, according to the Nile Post. The constables are to return to their communities and be on standby for deployment by District Police Commanders during the 2026 elections. Kasese RDC Lt Joe Walusimbi warned that misconduct could lead to court martial.
