Ministers among about 170 MPs sworn in on second day of 12th Parliament oath-taking

ChimpReports reported that up to 170 members took the oath on the second day of swearing-in for the 12th Parliament, including Third Deputy Prime Minister Rukia Nakadama and Ministers Matia Kasaija, Nobert Mao, Judith Nabakooba and Margaret Muhanga. According to the outlet, 354 members had been sworn in over the two days, with the exercise due to end on 15 May 2026.
