Mpigi High Court sets 13 November ruling in Mawokota North election petition

The High Court in Mpigi closed witness hearings in NUP candidate Hillary Innocent Kiyaga's petition against MP Amelia Anne Kyambadde and set 13 November 2026 for its ruling, the Daily Monitor reports. Under cross-examination, the Mpigi District Returning Officer acknowledged corrections on some Declaration of Results forms but said they were clerical, not manipulation.
