Mubende High Court sets 7-8 October hearing for Kassanda South election petition against MP Abdul Bisaso

The Daily Monitor reports that Justice Mary Babirye set 7 and 8 October for hearing independent candidate Eria Mubiru's petition challenging the election of NRM's Hajji Abdul Bisaso as MP for Kassanda South, with the Electoral Commission as second respondent. The judge said the ruling would be delivered virtually on 24 October. Bisaso says he won fairly.
