Museveni opens NRM presidential campaign in Karamoja with rally in Abim

President Yoweri Museveni, the NRM presidential candidate, launched his Karamoja sub-region campaign with a rally at Abim Primary School grounds, according to ChimpReports. He spoke about disarmament, roads, electricity and the Parish Development Model, and said each district including Abim would receive Shs 50 million for a SACCO for skilling graduates.
