Museveni pledges UPDF barracks near Kibaale Forest at NRM campaign rally in Kamwenge

At an NRM campaign rally at Kyabenda Primary School in Kamwenge District, President Museveni said the UPDF would set up a barracks near Kibaale Forest, Nile Post reported. The pledge answered a request from Minister Frank Tumwebaze for a permanent military presence against possible ADF incursions from the DR Congo.
