Muwanga Kivumbi resurfaces at Nateete Police Station after more than two weeks out of view

NUP Deputy President Muhammad Muwanga Kivumbi reappeared at Nateete Police Station on Wednesday morning, according to ChimpReports, after more than two weeks in incommunicado detention. Officials said unknown state operatives dropped him at the station; ChimpReports said it could not independently verify the circumstances, and neither police nor the UPDF had commented.
