Nakawa court commits SSP Nixon Agasirwe and Abdul Noor Ssemujju 'Minaana' to High Court over Kagezi murder

According to Nile Post, the Chief Magistrate at Nakawa committed police officer SSP Nixon Agasirwe Karuhanga and Ssemujju Abdul Noor, alias Minaana, to the High Court for trial over the March 2015 killing of Assistant DPP Joan Kagezi. The prosecution, led by Chief State Attorney Richard Bilivumbuka, told court its investigations were complete and presented the indictment; the pair remain on remand in Luzira prison.
