Nakawa Chief Magistrate Ritah Neumbe Wannyana refused bail to NUP deputy spokesperson Alex Waiswa Mufumbiro, ruling that he would be likely to interfere with witnesses and investigations, ChimpReports reported. He is charged with inciting violence against security personnel and incitement to commit murder, which he says are politically motivated charges. He was remanded until a December appearance.
