Nine Finance ministry officials deny 20 charges in Shs60b fraud case at Anti-Corruption Court

According to the Daily Monitor, nine senior Ministry of Finance officials accused in the alleged Shs60 billion fraud through the Bank of Uganda pleaded not guilty to 20 charges before the Anti-Corruption Court in Kampala. Justice David Makumbi set a preliminary hearing for 9 November and the trial for 10 to 12 November.
