NRM tribunal overturns Mahad Kaweesa's win and declares Moses Kizito Nsubuga Kampala Lord Mayor flagbearer

According to ChimpReports, the NRM Election Disputes Tribunal overturned Mahad Kaweesa's victory in the party's primary for Kampala Lord Mayor and declared runner-up Moses Kizito Nsubuga the party's candidate. Nsubuga's petition had alleged forged academic documents, electoral malpractice and voter bribery, and the tribunal agreed with his grounds; Nsubuga welcomed the ruling at a press briefing on Tuesday.
