Parliament approves variation in number of ministers, expanding Cabinet

After the leadership approvals, Parliament debated and approved a variation in ministerial numbers to allow a new, larger Cabinet structure, NTV Uganda reports. Prime Minister Nabbanja defended the expansion citing governance demands and population growth, while some MPs raised concerns about the size of government and constitutional intent.
