Police arrest man accused of pulling down Museveni campaign posters in Lubya, Kampala

Police said they arrested a 30-year-old resident of Lubya, Rubaga Division, after a video circulated on social media on 22 September appeared to show him removing campaign posters of President Museveni. Police spokesperson Patrick Onyango said the suspect was being charged under section 80 of the Presidential Elections Act, which carries a fine or up to a year in prison.
