Principal Judge Zeija says a party in Ham-DTB case sent agents with 'financial proposals' to influence him

In his ruling in the dispute between Hamis Kiggundu and Diamond Trust Bank, Principal Judge Flavian Zeija said one of the parties had sent agents to him with financial proposals intended to influence his decision, which he called disgusting. The Independent reports that he did not name the party.
