The prosecution played video and audio recordings before Criminal Division Judge Emmanuel Baguma in the treason trial of Dr Kizza Besigye, Obeid Lutale and Capt Denis Oola, according to The Independent. Witness Andrew Wilson, described as a private security investigator, said he covertly recorded meetings in Nairobi, Athens and Geneva and showed the court the devices he says he used. The outlet reports that the sound quality was very poor and the content hard to follow; Besigye is being tried in absentia and the hearing was adjourned to 25 August.
