Security officers briefly block NUP aspirant Charles Onglech from Bukedea nomination centre

Eyewitnesses said security officers stopped Charles Onglech, the NUP aspirant for Kachumbala County, from entering the Electoral Commission nomination centre at the Bukedea District headquarters. He was let in after protesting. NUP officials described it as part of a pattern of intimidation of opposition candidates.
