According to The Independent, about a week before the Constitutional Court ruling of 17 March 2026, City Hall Magistrates Court remanded TikToker Ibrahim Musana, known as Pressure 24/7, to prison. He was charged with hate speech under the Computer Misuse Act for allegedly targeting Chief of Defence Forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
