The Observer reports that the trial of Jamilu Mukulu, the main accused among 37 people charged with terrorism, murder and other offences, began before a four-judge panel of the High Court's International Crimes Division, nearly eleven years after he was remanded. The prosecution's first witness testified about the 2015 killing of a Namayingo sub-county chairperson, and the hearing was adjourned at the defence's request.
