UBOS, Statistics Denmark and Danish Embassy sign MoU on official statistics at Kampala Serena Hotel

The Independent reports that the Uganda Bureau of Statistics, Statistics Denmark and the Embassy of Denmark signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen Uganda's national statistical system, including data for the green transition. According to the Danish Embassy, the signing took place on the second day of the Uganda-European Union Business Forum and was witnessed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and State Minister for Trade Gen Wilson Mbasu Mbadi; the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is financing the cooperation.
